2021: Ferreira started in 26 matches out of the 27 MLS appearances for FC Dallas. In the 2,251 minutes played, Ferreira led the team in assist with a total of nine, while also being the team’s third top scorer with 8 goals. Ferreira’s first goal of the season came on the road, in a 2-1 win vs. Sporting Kansas City on July 31. His first assist of the year was in a 2-1 win vs. New England Revolution at home on June 27. Ferreira appeared in the MLS Team of the Week in two different occasions during weeks 22 and 34, while also appearing on the bench for week 23. He led the team in accurate forward passes with 499 and completed 78.7% of his passes.

Scored his only goal of the season vs. Minnesota United on August 29 in the 12th minute of the match. Also made two appearances and one start in the 2020 MLS Playoffs.
2019: Had 29 starts in 33 MLS appearances for FC Dallas this season, scored 8 goals and record 6 assists in 2,453 minutes. Started in his first FC Dallas match on March 23 vs. Colorado Rapids at Toyota Stadium. Scored his first goal of the season in the 69th minute and tallied two assists on March 30 vs. Real Salt Lake at Rio Tinto Stadium. Scored his second goal of the season in the ninth minute of the 2-1 win against Portland Timbers on April 13 at Toyota Stadium. Scored his third goal of the season in the sixth minute of the 2-1 win against Atlanta United on April 20 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Scored his fourth goal of the season and the lone goal for FC Dallas in the 3-1 loss to the New York Red Bulls on May 11. 2018: Made 14 appearances on loan to Tulsa Roughnecks FC, scoring six goals and making one assist. Scored his first professional hat trick while on loan with the Tulsa Roughnecks vs. Seattle Sounders II on Sept. 5. Was one of six Homegrowns to share the pitch against Chicago Fire, an MLS record. Made the FCD 18-man squad four times in 2018. Made a substitute appearance for FCD vs. Chicago Fire on July 14.
2017: Scored and assisted on a goal in a pair of friendlies against Argentina’s River Plate during the preseason. Made his MLS debut on June 3 vs Real Salt Lake at 16 years and 161 days old and scored his first goal in the 89th minute. Became the youngest in club history to make an appearance and second youngest in the MLS to score a goal.
National Team
2020: Part of the 22-player roster for the USMNT that called against Costa Rica. Played 62 minutes in his senior team debut of the USMNT on Feb. 1, 2020 against Costa Rica.
Earned his first senior team call-up to the Men’s National Team for the annual January camp on Dec. 30 since becoming a U.S. citizen on Dec. 16. The Colombian-born striker earned three call-ups to the United States National Team program, joining the U-20s and U-23s in 2019, but did not make any appearances.
FC Dallas Academy
Ferreira was part of the Under-16 FC Dallas Academy team that won the 2015-16 U.S. Soccer Development Academy Championship after going 23-2-0 during the regular season. From the time he joined the Academy in 2013, Ferreira found the back of the net 48 times in 50 starts. In the Generation adidas Cup in Kansas City, Ferreira netted 10 goals in three matches as the FC Dallas U-18 team went 3-0-0 with a goal differential of plus-13. Ferreira led the Academy to its first victory in an international tournament; Ferreira scored three goals as the team took down Leicester City and Aspire Academy to win the Tri-Series Tournament in Qatar.
